Hi again guys I've recently developed a creaking noise when turning right on front right wheel which presents after about 40 minutes or sooner if driving harder on my GTV.. after having my brother have a look he beleives it to be the drop link which is in poor shape but cant be sure?.. (pictured below).. after speaking to the guys @alfaworkshop they confim they have a replacement part (also pictured below) which I have now ordered.. my question is would this part be as easy to fit as it looks by hand and simple tools, spanner etc i.e just jack up car undo the nuts and replace with the new drop link also pictured below... my brother mentioned possibly has tension between anti roll bar etc and unsure worried if undone would be able to put back together ok by hand etc? any help or advice would be great as hope to attempt to fit early next week..

Give the threads a good clean with a wire brush and lubricate. Ideally use a six sided socket or spanner to prevent rounding off the nuts. If they come off its straight forward.

I've just replaced a drop link (arrived next day great service from alfaworkshop.com) that was perished but to no avail still creaking.. Does anybody have ay idea what it may be? or experianced such a noise?
