Well ive joined the Alfa club at last with a failure of the power steering. Just got off the M5 tried to go around an island and the car would not turn. Luckily nothing was along side of me as i fought the steering getting round the island. Got the thing home and there was hardly anything in the Steering fluid tank. and the underside of the car and engine was covered with the oil from it. Now ive got to find out where its leaking from

When mine went, the rubber hose had rubbed against the metal clutch pipe near the base of the bulkhead and burst. Directly down from the brake/clutch fluid reservoir.
