Ok once downloaded...
Here's a walk through for people that struggles like rgwm

Go to local disk(or drive where windows is installed) ex Local disc C:
Windows folder=>
Cursors=>
Paste downloaded cursor (mec343)

How to select the cursor as primary one.
Go to control panel under start menu=>
Mouse=>
Select pointers tab=>
Make sure normal select is selected=>
Click browse and select mec343(alfa cursor)
Apply=>
Ok=>

Then you'll be waxed.
Hope it helps.

Mines all working :p however I am still getting used to the Alfa Romeo circle instead of a pointer. A bit like have a bandage on your finger :lol:
