After looking for a few weeks and driving many miles to look at a few different diesel GT I finally bought a car;

A 3.2 v6 with LPG :)

Drove it back today, drives very well, tracking is off slightly and brakes are not great, will have that looked at ASAP

I did notice one issue, I drove it on LPG, as you do:)

The fuel gauge proceeded to fall from 1/4 to nothing, have to admit I kind of had an uh huh moment so I stopped and put £20 of unleaded in, strange thing it went to nearly 3/4 full.

I have been doing some reading and searching through the forum and I think that the float is faulty?

Can anyone advise, loving the car, very fast :)

Thanks everyone for the help

Wouldnt worry about the float if you are on LPG...
I'd be more convcerned about making sure its on LPG all the time to stop losing the pennies.
