Have just installed fes to turn out engine light after cleaning my egr.
I am going to modify the cable as per their website
"NOTE: You have to solder a short wire between pins 1-7-9 of your interface's OBD connector in order to connect to ABS and Power steering ECUs. Also, you need to have a connection on pin 3 of the OBD connector in order to connect to airbags"
So do I solder all 4 connectors together ? Or just the 3 ?
Any help / advice would be welcome
Thanks

Edit.
Here are the 3 connected

I'd buy a switch so you have switchable connections, if I leave all mine on, connecting to the abs system gives me abs/ebd faults which then need clearing, you can buy the switch from maplin or any other component store for about £1, then you cut the k-line and solder it to the inputs, making sure you bridge all the input pins, then solder wires from the outputs to the appropriate pins, it's a much safer option

Thanks. Would that be possible with my lead as the board is connected directly to the plug ?
