Sorry my fault! problem is I havent had the any big wins :(

Over the course of 3 weeks i've had 4 little wins totalling £34. (£11.40 + £7.60 on euro millions. £10 on the lotto and £5 on the thunderball)
Weird as I dont play the lottery very often, just got a couple of lucky dip tickets on the lottery web site.

I dont ask for much, only a couple of hundred thousand...

Keep picking the wrong numbers

£80k would be enough to pay off some debt, get a nice used Brera or C6, and start a deposit for an overpriced flat.

i would be happy with 100K, in the great scheme of things it's not a massive amount.....

but i suppose i have to enter first in order to stand a chance of winning

All you need is 24 volunteers and average out the random numbers they pick.

Or rig the machine.

Or a split screen camera trick

one million pounds equates to approx 50k per year in interest.
unless of course you spend it all and return to work.

i have recently read quite a few stories about lottery wins and alot end in tears.

the biggest mistake that a winner makes is thinking and believing they have become a millionaire.

but after buying that house, car, holiday, gifts for freinds and family, and charity inc taxes suddenly the 50k per year in interest has vanished.

bump

back to reality:cry:

This is true, £1m isn't actually that much an amount of money, by the time you've bought a house and that. It is a lifechanging amount, but don't imagine a Monaco lifestyle.

In fact there are a lot of ordinary people that are paper millionaires (at least pre-recession).

I read somewhere, that to actually live the millionaire life style 'today' you need to have a minimum of £10million in the bank - I'd be happy with no mortgage
