2008 Brera 2.2 S. Now at 128k miles.
Washed with Autoglym shampoo, tried Turtlewax Colour Magic red wax for the first time. It definitely added a good shine but to me it seemed like more of a polish consistency than wax. Finished off with a coat of Meguairs Ultimate Quick Wax which I’m a fan of - it’s super quick, never leaves any residue and is easy to wipe off. Had planned on using a proper paste wax but it was one or two above freezing and my hands had had enough
Ok here we go again.
2017 Giulietta Speciale 170MA
Started with a pressure wash to get rid of the road got and salt, the a blast around the wheels, in the arches and shocks n springs.
Then a soak in a foam bath. A wipe over with microfibre cloths and a rinse.
Final wipe over with a little carnauba wax for that final shine and protection.
edit: Guess I should add some pictures too!! Even a before and after shot (and I've still not blanked the mini number plate out!!)
Just because the old girl (my 160,000 mile daily driver) did not get a single vote last time I entered and I'm a glutton for punishment....!!!
Washed and chamois dry..... light cut to remove some of the holograms , spray on detailing wax, glass polish inside and out..... and then Henry had a good sniff around inside. Finally leather clean and feed. Unfortunately the wind started to get up when I finished....so apologies for dust on rear screen!!! Seemed like a good idea as it was the first time I've seen the big yellow ball thing in the sky for what seems like months!!!
Edit....the front left wing is not like it looks in the first pic....just noticed it....combination of glare and reflections of a delivery truck!!
