For a while I've been having DPF/EGR issues

This morning EML came on, and i connected up Fiatscan and found the DPF clogging at over 90%.

Did a forced regen, but it only took it down to 70%.... Is this normal?

Is it safe to do a second regen? and a third to bring it down even more?

Would this indicate a fault with the DPF?

You will find out it will not allow you to do consecutive forced regens.Sometimes it starts a second but stops.:)As long as its done the percentage doesnt realy matter.

How long do you have to wait before you can do another forced regen?

FiatECU shows 80% clogged, normal clogging.

Does it have to raise an error msg before it will let me REGEN?

Take the car out for a decent blast on the motorway in 4th which should force a regen. Don't think is advisable to do many manual regens . Best thing to do would be too remove the dpf/egr :)

Id seriously love my DPF removed and that crap sorted.

Spent too much on the car recently. Steering pump/rack reconditioning, 4 new brake discs/pads, cambelt, full service. Literally not spending anymore on it, cant afford to.

In fact, if an ongoing steering issue cant be sorted for next to nothing, i will be selling up :( Recession has hit me bad
