There are plates either side that support the front subframe that bolt to the floor of our '96 Spider. The bushes are buggered. Any ideas on how to find replacements?

Confused how these suspension plates have bushes? They don’t, they bolt to the subframe so not sure what has failed? I can only think subframe is rotten at the fixing point?

My PH1 has bushes. I have a pair of PH2 ones on the way. Apparently it is impossible to find ones with bushes, or the bushes, now. I have been told that PH2 ones will fit.

Then there is just the handbrake to sort.

Thanks for the responses.

Let us know how it goes. Also from where you obtained the plates, it may be of help to others who find themselves in the same situation.

Refurbed PH2 ones arrived from GTV City. Fitted and MOT passed. Handbrake just needed a minor adjustment.

I was surprised at the number of Alfa 'Specialists' that I called that were not helpful. One even said that I should probably just scrap it.
