Hi All
I get an exhaust rattle on my Alfa 156 2.4 JTD 20v. This has happened before and the culprit was a flimsy bracket which holds up the front pipe. I spent a long time trying to get the part and every where I went told me that Alfa did not supply the bracket on its own and that it only comes with the downpipe!
I got it welded before and it was ok for a while, but cracked somewhere else. Eventually a really top mechanic made me a bracket himself which lasted over a year; it now looks like it is cracking again.
Has anyone experienced this before? Can you buy the bracket on its own? If so, from where?
