Stripped off the complete exhaust system this morning (only managed to snap 1 bolt on the manifold :censored:). I really don't have any idea what's been done. I'm guessing it's a custom build & the back box is Powerflow. I've still got to take a photo of the full system but raining now but goes something like this.

Down pipe - Cat/sports cat/de-cat? - middle straight pipe - back box.

The back box has been welded straight to the middle pipe but hangs at an angle so is low to the floor but this means I've had to replace both to make it right :banghead:

Also greeted with some nice holes on the down pipe..

My main question though is does that look like a cat or decat?

If it's a cat, looking through it you should see the membrane, else if Decat, you should be able to see straight through it.

I feel you pain with the snapped manifold stud, just snapped one on each side of my V6. got both manifolds and front pipes held together with the remaining bolts and 2" g-clamps. Took it for a drive yesterday and it's held in place, but I'll have to get it sorted.

Can see straight through it, I thought decats were straight pipes usually, could this be a silencer?
