Hi People, can anyone recommend a garage/engine repair shop in the Chorley, Preston area who can work miracles on alfa's. Mine is a 2003, 156 (full service history) 1.8 petrol SW, owned by me since 2004, currently showing nearly 280,000 miles on the clock. Trying to hit the magic 300 mark, but got low oil pressure and cam variator needs replacing (i think) this will be my 4th variator since I bought car with 20,000miles back in 04. Any help/suggestions, cheers.

I use Andy's Auto's and he comes to you! Always found his work amazing but he is not a specialist in Alfa's but he has worked on mine and my previous cars...I'm a very happy man with the results.
He is based in Coppull 07817 134988 and comes out to me in Whittle which must be near you.

Ferdi's garage at Lytham come well recommended by members of my AROC section. He's not cheap, but he is good.
