Hello forum,
I have an Alfa 159 2.4 JTDM, it has 66k miles on the clock, it has had the water pump and timing belt done and also the fan belt at the same time. There is a slight squeak (occasionally) when starting but this fades quickly and only seems to occur at start up. There is also an issue of the car idling roughly, almost like it mis-fires or something (lumpy) - I had it in at the Alfa dealer in Dublin who did the previous work and he now says he thinks its the dual mass flywheel that is the cause of the issues, now this is not an inexpensive job in the ROI. Anyone came across similar issues, any thoughts are welcome. There is no noise when I push in the clutch etc which might be indicative of flywheel/clutch issues..
As I say, any help most appreciated
