I have to take the door panel off and then try to pop out the dent, it then apparently needs a sound deadening film to be applied and put back together. I have to buy a cheap tool, looks like a straight screwdriver with a notch out of the tip to take out the rivets(?) on the door panels.:) I'll be busy:)

The dent man did make it look better than it was but it still is quite indented above the first body line on the door.:(

I've had a quick look in the workshop manual and you should be able to remove the panels by undoing 8 screws..... followed by releasing the "coupling pins"

Never done this myself but here's what it looks like

Thanks GJ, I hadn't looked at the manual yet, the pics are great.
Apparently then I can get inbetween the reinforcing beam that runs along the crease and the skin of the door to pop the dent (fingers crossed) :D I don't want to have the door redone, repainted cause it won't stay matched in the red for long.
