For months I've been cleaning up piles of dog cack from our front lawn.
Almost always in roughly the same area so I know it was probably the same animal - I just couldn't be absolutely sure whose it was even though I had strong suspicions.
It's always really close to the driveway too so increased the risk of JimJr or one of us stepping in it when getting in or out of the car. Plus young kids play on our corner - I don't like the noise much but I don't want their health being risked by this inconsiderate scumbag.
Finally....MrsJim spots the mutt doing its business on our garden a couple of mornings ago and dashes out to give the owner a piece of her mind. Sure enough, the youngish neighbour is stood at his front door a few doors down watching it. The lazy gimp just allows the dog to run about the estate when it "needs" to be let out. She shamed him into clearing it up.
Yesterday, 7am (again) she catches the dog on our garden leaving a steaming gift. My laddo is at his door again so she tells him to please clean it up and keep his dog off our garden. I'm still getting dressed at this point.
Half an hour passes....45 mins......still not shifted it - he's obviously just ignored Lisa so I go get a spade and put his dog's shtuff on his doorstep. And I will keep doing so from now on if it happens again.
I was fuming but felt strangely calmed afterwards.
Lisa said she later saw them both arguing on the drive, washing it away and then taking the mutt out on a lead to the fields at the back presumably.
I love dogs but hate inconsiderate dog owners.
