I much prefer the standard & de-badged look to the "I'm going to make everyone think I own an M3 even though my car isn't one " look and the "These chrome looking dragon shaped badges from halfords will make me look badass" look

What badges have been removed?

The Alfa Romeo round ones should be kept, but model and engine configuration ones are better left off.

My GT was debadged when I got it but I decided I wanted to put the badges back on (as it's a 3.2 :D) and got new GT and 3.2 V6 badges from Partsworld on eBay reasonably cheaply.

If your car is a JTS I have the '2.0 JTS' letters from my old car in the garage, but they would need new adhesive backing applied to stick them on.
