Help needed!!

After pressure washing my car part of my lettering on the rear has come away.
I have taken away the rest (2.0 twinspark). I am left with an outline and some glue residue that I cannot shift. I have tried a paint thinner, some boiling water but it has not shifted it.

Any ideas would be appreciated

I don't know if it will help you, but i took all the spongy, adhesive crap off with t-cut and a cloth. Took me about 10 minutes to debadge all the lettering and have it all shiny and clean.

Normally t-cut or scratch remover will remove it..................unless someone has previously stuck the letters on with super glue

 That's never good, removing the badges then finding out they had locating pins & holes is equally annoying.
