It’s been a long time since I looked at the settings but I believe you can configure audio on/off at the start behaviour.

what you mean? u got audio buy display not on? if so, likely a faulty ETM unit. I just changed mine recently and @fasda1984 can help you with that. goodluck

 

I actually did get is figured out thanks to a previous response. It is taking me a bit of time to learn about this nice car. Thanks for responding.

 

i see so what was the problem?

 

I didn’t realize that the radio button needed to be pushed every time to access things. I am used to a Tacoma that always has a display. This seems to go to sleep. It lights back up if I hit the ac button etc. it is just different from what I am used to.

 

that is not normal too... i think there is a setting to keep the display on all the time

 

Now I will try once again to figure this out. All I see is a way to turn ff the screen and it is not turned off
