What is the easiest way to drain the fuel tank on a 145? No drilling permitted

Lower it down on a jack tilting slightly forward. On the front right corner there's a blue pipe, just pull it off.

This mean the conversions starting?

I bought a cheap stirrup pump off eBay for aboot £8 when I wanted to drain the 155 tank (to fix sub-frame).

It's just plastic tubes but it's dead handy, once you fed it past the little hatch in the filler neck.

a nice conversion that's mechanically very straight-forward.

getting the electrics to talk to each other was the tricky bit, but then you can get around a lot by getting the code system removed from the ecu.

be nice to follow another one ;)

i'm still hankering after doing a 16VT one now...
