Hi Nige

Sorry to hijack the forum but I have a visit organised to Cranwell college on Tuesday 19th May. Unfortunately it is a Tuesday morning event which means I have plenty of spare places for those who are retired/on holiday.
If anyone fancies coming along it would be great to meet up.
At the moment I have a few AROC members plus one or two Lincolnshire bellringers coming along. Idea is to finish of with a pub lunch somewhere as yet to be decided.
Anyway if you want to come along I need to have names to me by Friday 8th May so I can finalise details with the college.

Depending on the weather if someone wants a lift I will have space in the Junior Zagato or a 75 from the Scunthorpe?Gainsborough area available.

Below is a list of requirements of the college.

I can be contacted at [email protected]

Dear Mr Scarf,
Not a problem, I can confirm that you are booked in to visit the RAF
College for a tour on Tuesday 19th may at 1000hrs. I can take up to 30
personnel on a tour.

Please can I ask that, as this is a Phase I Officer's training mess that
all attendees are dressed according to the dress code of smart/smart
casual. Also, can all visitors bring some form of photo ID with them,
such as passport or driving licence. This will enable the Guardroom to
issue them with passes on arrival.

Please would you send me a list of visitors at least a week in advance
in order that I can pre-book you with the Guardroom.

ON arrival, please would everyone go to the Main Guardroom first (I
suggest arriving there about 0945 to allow time to get through). This
will enable them to be booked in.

I will meet you behind College Hall in the East Wing Car Park.

Anyway, I shall now be keeping a much closer eye on this forum and hopefully I shall join you in my Spider in the future!
