In all honesty I can’t see it clearly enough. Yes on first glance it looks like one but now I’m not so sure. Can you try to put a small screwdriver into it and take another pic?

If a small screwdriver will go into it, there won't be a need for another pic.......it will be a hole.

You can literally see where its dribbled out from the slit in the rear pipe and run down the midpipe.

Ah! The confusion. When I said "hole" I meant access to the inside, not a punctured hole.

It shouldn't be leaking condensate from the slip joint, so it will no doubt need a fettle and/or tighten. But nothing is broken as such.

Agreed. Different terminology, but the result is the same.

I just see some carbon build up next to a connection which is leaking a bit.
I never seen cracks on that spot and I have seen a lot of that stuff by now. But well it can always be of course.

Common sight on my fleet which have no cracks.

"I also noticed heat coming from under the car after driving" So you think ALL that heat is coming from that tiny hole and you can put your hands on those pipes? 😁😆
