Hi guys,

I seem to have a leak in one of my T junctions on the cooling system, and most of the pipes ave seen better days... I'm wondering how to replace them all... Alfa dealer says they are no longer available...

How do we keep our cars running if they stop making vital parts?

All tips and help are much appreciated!

All the best,

Sérgio

I'm afraid if you can't find decent used hoses, its a case of making them up as you go along with new aftermarkets sections from the likes of samco etc

I don't know of anyone who does kits or even individual accurately shaped / formed to replicate our coolant routes.

I for one will be making hard pipes from stainless steel or alloy so that I just need straight siilcon hose to make the joints,

hopefully!

good luck

let us know if you find anything else?

Thanks Shrew,

I've also been tinkering with the idea of stainless steel piping for the twisty stuff... and just using silicone tubing for straight connections or connections to the radiator and firewall...

Any idea of diameters of the various piping?

I've had these silicone hoses made. They turned up on friday so I haven't had a chance to fit them but they're very well made and almost mm perfect

If you're interested in a set (7 hoses) send me an email [email protected]
