Can anyone offer me some advice?

Not sure if its a feature of the 156 GTA or a problem with mine, but the cooling fan is on nearly all the time whenever the car is just started, or whenever its idle.

Any advice is welcomed.

Thanks

Otis

Is the aircon on ? If it is, the engine cooling fan runs continuously on the lower speed...

Its entirely normal. No matter what the weather, the fans kick in quite often. When the 2 kick in (on very hot days) it starts to sound like an airliner!

I wondered if is was a problem too but realised it only happened with the aircon on. Your right it does sound like a 747 coming down the road!
