Hey guys, i wanted to do a complete coolant flush and new thermostat, i got the thermostat off and all the hoses and i was wondering if there are any liquids stuck in the heater matrix by a valve? or can i flush everything out by putting a garden hose inside the block and the heater hoses that go around the back to the matrix? will this method be enough for a complete flush?

If it's a phase 1 just set the heater control to hot to open the valve.
