I've got a 156, 2002 pre-face lift and it's only firing on one cylinder. I'm pretty sure it's going to be a coil pack that's gone. The car's done 90K on original plugs, so going to change them to.

I've been looking on ebay, and I'm a bit confused by the coil pack types. These two, look the same but with a different angle on the photo:

Agree that none of the pix are of a TS coil pack - as David says, just generic "coil pack" shots.

When you say its only running on one cylinder, its pretty unlikely for 3 coil packs to fail at once - have you checked that the wiring loom to the coil packs hasn't got trapped somewhere and damaged?
