Could someone offer me a bit of help?

My Spider sometimes won't start usually when "hot" because the ignition doesn't recognise the key ( the key code light on dashboard won't go out ) when I half turn the barrel. It is a bit of an intermittent fault, usually after multiple tries, I can fire her up but is does make me a bit wary of stopping anywhere before I get to my destination!

Regardless, the V6 engine is an absolute beauty and I could forgive her almost anything!!

Try unplugging and replugging the leads that go into the code ECU. It can clean the contacts. It's the yellow plastic box that is under the dash next to the steering column.
