hey guys anyone know the best place within a 40 mile radius of the vale of Glamorgan ( Bridgend area) to get a 159 2.4 cambelt change and under the £600 ive been quoted,

normally id do it myself but i dont currently have time to do it, as im not home enough atm.

it'll be 4 year old in may 2012 but id like to get it sorted before that.

hiys hun, i spose newport is too far but LC Motors are reasonable and they really know how to look after our bellas, you even get a courtesy car without a quibble.....took babe2 there yesterday to have gearbox checked and a few niggly things, excellent service, alfamoment aka kev, ali and a few others on here have used them and have nothing but praise, just a thought if you cant find anyone else..number is 01633 259892 and ask for Craig, he is very knowledgeable and most of the guys and bosses working there have an alfa.....Tess

thanks guys i havnt had a chance to call them yet im a little bogged under in work sorting out a job to Switzerland on Friday so ill have to do it when i get back in 2 weeks,
Cheers for the up on Lc Motors Tess newport is a little bit of a pain to get to so would rather somewhere closer to home but if all goes **** up ill give them a holla.

spoke to craig about you hun and he said there would be no probs with getting you a couresy car as you live so far away, so basically its drop it off one day, pick up the next....so not too bad...

Tess Called LCMotors a few times but every time i called there system was down and they didnt get back to me with a quote

Ended up going back to Sinclair in Bridgend they did the belts and water pump for a touch over £350, and shes running sweet as a nut.
