Can anyone offer any advice re: the clutch on 155 2.0 16v TS as it appears to of failed
with no warning!
With the engine running I can't select a gear, but if I turn off the engine I can select a gear & then starting the engine I get drive.
Not sure if it's relevant but.. the handbook says that the brake & clutch fluid resovoir are common & it has recently had the brake fluid replaced (at a delaer). Although the clutch actuator arm is moving when you press the clutch pedal.
Any advice on changing the clutch, as the dealer quotes 5+ hours, is it that bad!

Thanx
(Not exactly a short posting, but I'm not going anywhere at the moment!!!)

I will have a word with the guys that look after my car and see what they reckon would be a reasonable labour charge.

Do you have the facilities to change the clutch yourself, if so I will get details on how to do it and whats involved.

Thanx

I believe that I have the facilities, unless
it requires some devious special Alfa tools..
Any info' would be gratefully received.

Cheers
Simon.
