A combination of leaking air-con and other water getting in to the passenger footwell (not least from a fairly large puddle encountered earlier this week) means that the insulation under my carpet in the passenger footwell is pretty manky.

I've a price for a new piece from Mangoletsi (about £30 plus p&p) and will probably try to fit it myself.

Before I decide I wanted to know if anyone else had done this and what tips/recomendations they have.

Apparently it comes in a single piece that does both footwells at the same time. I don't think I need to do the drivers' side so planned to split it prior to fitting.

Any advice on what needs to be removed and how to do it?

I'm most concerned about having to move the seats and associated wiring.

Thanks Craig. Good link.

Looks like I've got to do the rear footwell too! :(

Think the job's getting too big now. Off to the Doctor's again next week.
