I have had my GTV a while now is pretty good nick for a 1996 mod. I was wondering if you could dye the carpet black , as i have tried to shampoo it and steam clean it but it looks like chewing gum grey now. So any suggestions on were to get some suitable dye from !

heers for that , do you lot reckon though i would ge a decent finish on it or bette off getting a new black carpet ?

I didn't bother dying the carpet as it seemed too difficult to get an even colour. I did consider buying a black carpet from our friends at autolusso but then i discovered that changing the carpet is also a difficult job. I've cleaned my original carpet and i'm quite happy with it now.
