My GT's just about due for her 3rd year service and having had enough of Simonstone, I was wondering if anyone had any experience of the independents in and around Bristol. I know there are a couple listed in the AROC book, but it would be good to know if anyone has recommendations.

Ideally I'm looking for somewhere within a 15 mile radius of the city.
Thanks.

Absolutely 100% Duncan at Alfanet.

Very reasonable prices, knows the cars inside out..very nice chap.

The workshop isn't at the address below, and its a bit hard to find but Carmello (spelling :s) will be more than happy to direct you :)

Alfa Net, the Alfa Romeo Specialist.

Say Matt with the black GTV V6 recommended :), I have taken all 4 of my previous/current Alfa's there, and even had my 2 year old Alfa there, as I didn't trust the current crew at simonstone.

Thanks guys - I'll give them a call :)

Can you just give me an idea of where the service centre is though?

Duncan is actually in the Whitehall area by St George and Fishponds, whereas Alfanets main place is on Stapleton road AFAIK.
