I need to change can belt on a 164 24v engine,
Was hoping to buy tools from totally Alfa but they appear to be not taking orders at the moment.
I have tracked down cam locks on eBay
Anyone know of a supplier for tensioner tool and Cam pulley holder ?

FWIW I did it recently on my 24v 164 with only cam locks and an ebay purchased adjustable face pin wrench. It was quite fiddly to get the belt tension correct mainly because the wrench was hard to fit into the small amount of space available.
