Hope someone can help me. I would like to buy the cam locks used for the 2.0 twin spark engine. Any pointers to whom I can contact on the web?

what I would say though, it is certainly an advantage to get longer bolts to hold the cam locks in place rather than the standard cam cap ones as these are just a little on the short side...

Can you get Sealey in South Africa? If so, they are the cheapest I've seen. Just remember that you should have a dial guage to ensure the piston crown is at TDC. Personally, I'd be happy to change belts without the dial guage but you're better with it and its adaptor. From memory, the cam locks are £65, the dial guage is £25, and the adaptor is another £20 (+17.5% VAT). That is probably equal to the labour charge of having a garage change them though. :(

Thanks for the replies guys. Kevin from EBspares mailed me back with prices. It works out to about R700 in my currency which makes it too expensive :(

I will have it set at a local dealer before fitting the motor back.

Ciao
