I've just picked my Car up after getting serviced as my belt went. All my valves, cylinders heads etc have been replaced,

I started it up last night and after its turned over theres a noise i could only describe of like a straining or strangling noise, I noticed it last night and it was happening every time i started it up but now only happens a few times and isn't as loud

Also when the engines running theres a slight rubbing noise. I dont know if i should be worried or not, I was going to take it back to the garage right away but as its getting less noticeable and quieter I phoned them and told them I would take it in next week if it was still happening,

Should I be worried?

The rubbing noise could be a belt rubbing on the belt cover, so yes you should take it in.
Could also be a tensioner.
Did they fit all new tensioners and all new belts (ie not just the cambelt)?
