My car is going in next week at 69K and nearly seven years for its second cam belt change.

Possibly a stupid question, however, might as well ask here than at the garage. I have my oil and filter changed at every 6000 miles, this is also due, will they drain the engine and replenish with new whilst doing the cam belt? Not sure they would, but dont want to ask them to do it if they have to for cambelt.

Thanks
Simon

No they don't need to drain the oil to change the cambelt.
However if you opt to also change the waterpump (driven by the cambelt) then they will need to drain the cooling system).
