It was a sudden decision, but with some big bills coming up, I felt it was time to make the change and I'm a GTA owner no longer.

I've enjoyed my 4 1/4 years with my 147, but I fell for a Renault Sport Clio 197 and now its mine.

I will stick around here, as I still love Alfas, but less often than before. Keep enjoying those GTAs.

I test drove a 197 before i went for the GTA.

They are really easy to drive fast consistantly. I think my GTA is closer to it in terms of handling now with the Q2 fitted.

Doubt you'll save much money though, I heard the 197's are pretty poor on fuel.

Too low geared to be a consumption champion, but so far I'm averaging an trip computer indicated 8.2 l/100kms vs 10.9 l/100kms for the GTA. I'm hoping the Clio improves further as it get some milage on it.
