Would you be put-off buying a vehicle that has not been taxed since last October?

Presumably it will have been off the road for the past 10 months, rotting on a driveway somewhere, and now it's been put up for sale... :paranoid:

Many folk SORN the over winter (I do often) and perhaps they just never re-taxed it.
Problem of course is having a test drive/ride.

Dealer... Presumably would not be able to test drive it then if untaxed...??
You'll be able to test drive it on trade plates.

All our cars are sat on a driveway rotting to some degree. If it's a dealer they usually get moved around.

How long do some cars sit at the holding yards or at the docks?

Just because it hasn't been taxed doesn't mean it has been driven. £93 million shortfall in road tax revenues last year since there has been no need to display a tax disc.

Not that any Alfa owners would do that of course. :biglaugh:
