TIP for the ARB.

LET A PRO DO IT.

It is a massive job on a 156. Imagine not too different on 147. Might be wrong though.

You will also probably need new a/r bar droplinks especially if the old ones haven't been changed ... they don't like to come off easily and tend to have to be cut off ...

The front crossmember has to be dropped to change the a/r bar which is no mean feat .... run a search or two and I'm pretty sure there are some threads on how its done ... rear should be easier though.

hi i am about to finally fit my anti roll bar kit after waiting 4 weeks for it to come into stock/xmas/and a dose of man flu:cry:

i dont suppose any of you fine fellas could sort me out with a exploded parts picture of the front crossmember area so i have a rough guide of what i need to take off and torque settings would be great as my workshop manual does not work right on my new vista laptop:rant:

cheers:D
