Thanks to Tess from across the border in sheep land for giving the heads up on this

I've never been to this event, however looking at the official web page it sure does look like a good day out :D

The venue is on Bath Lane LE17 5QS Bruntingthorpe, Leicestershire.

Link to offical web site http://www.on-your-marks.info/

Please take note :

It is a private event and anyone who doesn’t produce a colleague card or invite will be refused admission.

Anyone who wishes to attend will require an official invite. Please PM me your email address and I will supply you with the invite.

A donation of £10 per vehicle is payable on admission.

Gates open at 9.00am and close promptly at 5.00pm.

If you wish to drive any vehicles on the day don't forget your driving licence.

There are various food and drink vans on site for those who don't want to picnic.

Think that briefly sums it up. for more info visit the official web page.

If there's enough interest from the East Midlands folk we could convoy down from Donnington Services as usual

It's a Saturday! Can't even take it off work since I'm on holiday later in the month. Sorry. :(

Went to this a few years back - amongst everything they had passenger track rides in various fast cars for a few notes. If I remember correctly they had some old planes dotted around including a Guppy for those into that sort of thing.

Was a decent day, enjoyed it. Put myself down as a maybe for now.

Just out of interest will an invite be required per person or is it on a 1 invite per family basis?
