Had my car at the bodyshop this week and paint is amazing......BUT when I collected it the red injector light was on and has no power up to 2500 rpm any help or ideas??

I think a trip to Motor Mech for repair but would like to have a rough idea??

I have just noticed that when I press the alarm/central locking button the doors lick and just re open not sure if this is related??

Was the bodyshop working on the door?

Maybe they had the doorcard off and disconnected the lock? That may explain the light and bouncing locks.

Power - no idea.

What exactly were they working on?

Bonnet respray so the completely removed the bonnet

Rear side panels and bit doors resprayed

Alarm and licks are sorted now so it's just the lack of power and injector light to still sort ?

No how do you do an ecu reset?? And maybe the battery could have been disconnected or might have died as it was there for 2 weeks and is a little weak...

Sounds like a battery problem. Check the condition of your battery if they've left the door open for a long period and flattened the battery it might not have fully charged is kaput !

Took the car to motor mech in Bham and they fixed it simple, accelerator cable had a loose connection behind the fuse board back to full acceleration ??
