Are the chrome bits (alfa heart and horizontal chrome bits the same on 159 and Brera ?

No.
But they do fit each other.
The Brera has a matt black surround to the alfa badge. This together with a more shallow bumper drop gives the impression of a lower nose to make you think the Brera is lower and more sporty.

Mounting bolt sizes are different, but apart from that (and the Brera one
looking better) they are interchangeable.
