Any recommendations on the best plugs to whack in the 2.2 JTS Brera ?

Got this spluttering / hesitation issue at low revs and want to whack some quality plugs in there to try as a first resort. They'll be about due renewal anyway as its '56 plate 33K on the clock so worth the £40 before going the re-map route.

It doesnt really bother me too much though as its not as prominent when the car is warmed up.

Also...strange phoenomenon...

Anyone else noticed when u floor the car while still relatively cold the back window steams up rapidly. Then when you ease off it demists just as quick.

Nearly had a heart attack when it happened today, thought the head gasket had popped !

Spark plugs are unlikely to help.

I would suggest some injector cleaner (Wynn's),
A new airfilter (Autodelta) and if you can
stretch to it, a remap.

Mine had 67K km on it and didn't need new plugs.

Remap is what the 2.2 unfortunately needs.
(Check the hesitancy thread.)

It does produce a lot of water vapour out
the back for some reason.

;)

Is anyone using anything other than the original equipment NGK FR5CP plugs?
There seems to be a huge difference in option costs per plug on the Opie website - £2.45 for DENSO, up to £10.45 for the NGK ones.
Thinking of going for BOSCH Iridium Spark Plug 0242236571 (£6.40).
