Hi. I am owner 1992 155 1.8 TS. I want change front break disk and set bigger disks from 155Q4 (2.5 V6) with dimensions 284 mm x 22 mm (standart for 155 1.8 TS 252 mm x 20 mm). I have front calipers from 155 Q4. Can I do it simply or I must change many other things???

Sory for my english :)

you will need front discs and pads (obviously), the calipers, the caliper frame (the bit with the sliding pins), also new hubs as they are different. The hubs may cause grief as there are 2 different systems fitted. The 2.0litre 16v also uses the 284mm discs instead of the 257mm ones, but depending on what hubs you get, the front discs will be slightly different. My V6 has the same brakes (Girling) as Jason77's 2litre 16v, but the discs are different because the hubs are different.
