What do you mean by adjust it? Is it not working or is it not coming on until the pedal has travelled a fair distance? I had a problem with mine working every now and then. It turned out to be the spring inside had snapped. I replaced it with the spring out of a pen and it works a treat. I don't remember seeing any adjustment on the unit. It's not difficult to get to or remove its just a little fiddly. It's basically at the top of the brake pedal and is a housing for a micro switch. If you need any more advice let me know and I will go have a look at mine and see if I can work it out again

Yeah I think in "modern" Alfas they just click into place, unlike some cars where you screw them in and out.

Mine a phase 1 and had the same problem, turned it anti clockwise and it then prised out. There is an adjustment on it, if its the same (you can see ridges on it which determines how far towards the pedal the switch is to the pedal. It was quite easy but fiddly.
