Sorry, really quick one. Does anyone know the brake fluid capacity for a Gtv 2000? I’ve changed it before but can’t for the life of me find any reference to how much fluid was needed.

not sure of actual capacity, but doesn't really matter.
just buy 2 x 0,5 litre cans of ATE dot4 and that will cover it.

you might get away with just 1 can and keep the other for another time.
Better than a big 1 litre can, as once broken open it is not airtight anymore.

I always siphon out the reservoir first so all that mucky stuff doesn't go right thru the system, then refill with fresh and then start bleeding.

In the old days you could get ATE fluid in 2 colours (clear and blue) so with a change you could see when the new (different) colour was coming through the bleeder nipple...neat.

Thanks Dom. I had already bought a litre of dot 4, wasn’t sure if it was more than that. Unfortunately it’s the same colour as I used last time.
