Hi Guys

Looking at my GTV the brake disks have warped again! I know all about the 330mm conversion on the GTA. Another solution would be to use alloy bells with the disks.

Not had a detailed look but it looks like both AP and ALCON do 304mmx28mm disks with PCD of 177.8mm X12. The PCD is also the same for 310 and 315mm x28mm disks. Allowing for a bigger disk if need. Rear brakets would require modification for the bigger disks though.

So two questions?

Does anyone know of anywhere that does bells and disks suitable for the GTV/GTA on 304mm brembo setup?

Would anyone else be interested if I managed to find someone to make suitable bells?

I could be interested if the price is right.
I've got the 305x28 Brembos on my 156 and the discs are the same fitment as your GTV V6.

I'll need a new set of discs in the spring.

I can't go bigger than 305mm because I want to keep 16" rims.

My thought is that getting the bells made with a 177.8mm pcd gives the freedom to stick with 304mm disks or go up to 315mm. Anything bigger have a different pcd.

Rally Design ( Faversham, Kent) have various part machined ally bells that may suit a few discs but certainly suitable for wilwood rotors. They also have a brake fitting guide which shows how to arrive at the correct sized bell from the list, from that, you then have the bell machined to the exact size/pcd/offset. Sensibly priced too.
