Finally ready to drive my 146 after 3 weeks of doing work on it and wahay another problem!
Boot button not working, passanger window not working and sunroof not working. The fuse is fine, checked the wiring into the back of the fuse and all is fine there. Was thinking maybe a relay so looked up the maintence manual and cant see any that are related, apart from a sunroof one. I remember a year ago i swaped out a relay but cant remember what for. So much work done to it, its all becoming a haze.

All of the non-working items are on the same fuse and relay circuits so it sounds like you've either got a blown fuse of a dead relay somewhere. See pages 2 and 2/1 of this document.
