I have problem with huge boost leaks on EGR valve (around EGR valve edge).
Egr Is blocked and blanked long time ago.
Also tried with silicone, but with no results.
Any idea what can I do to fix this leaks?

I don't understand. How is it blanked? At the turbo end? If you have a blanking plate in between the EGR valve and the manifold I don't see how there can be any leaks... Unless the manifold threads are stripped, which happens easily... Helicoils should fix that.

Before you reach for the thread inserts, consider using a slightly longer bolt, I'd a stripped thread in my manifold and sorted it this way.

Longer bolt + silicone - no leaks anymore around EGR valve. Tnx for advice.
But the main problem is still present- safe mode on hight rev( above 3500).
I will check all hoses from turbo and intercooler. And overboost valve.
Already have new map sensor.
Also intercooler need to be checked for leaks.
Error I get is
P0238
Turbocharger
Supercharger boost sensor A circuit hight

After a full day of searching for leaks with smoke machine, there is no boost and no vakuum leaks.
When I already give up, I decide to use contact cleaner on turbo boost valve(vnt solenoid) connector, and wd40 on top of wastegate. Then I go on test drive, and now car works just fine.
