Hi
Need to perform a boost leak test.
Can anyone tell me the internal diameter of the flexi-pipe (downstream of the MAF) which connects to the turbo inlet?

Any hints and tips for performing the procedure welcome.
Cheers

Seem to recall it’s 75 or 80mm at maf and tapers down to 40-50 ish at turbo.

Are you doing a smoke test on it?

Thanks for that.
Experiencing erratic boost on full throttle, I can hear air escaping somewhere but need to pinpoint it. Found nothing obvious thus far.

Odd you can’t see anything as usually boost leaks present themselves with a light oil mist aswell.
Separating soapy water around hoses and connections can also help locate leaks.

Thanks will give that a go too.
The primary suspect is the lower boost pipe, bit manky looking. I was expecting a new one today but missed the delivery. Typical 🙄.
