Blue&Me Website not working without discontinued flash

Youl have to look for browsers which still have flash support, MX Nitro is one, think I used Puffin browser when I did mine.

If you've not updated blue&me before, you need to download a file to a FAT32 USB stick, plug it into the car, until the car says 'completed' then upload the resulting file to the website to get the relevant version for your car. Repeat and the car will detect the new firmware.

Also check the threads on how to change the language as when I updated mine it reverted to Italian.

Both Nitro and Puffin (puffin was an absolute pain being that it's pay walled) don't appear to work as the plugin for Adobe Flash is required and is no longer hosted/supported.

I'll have to look elsewhere on the Web and see if someone else has the files hosted or find another work around.

I used Puffin on my phone as it was free, bit of a faff getting files to and from your phone, but I have a usb stick that fits both.

If you do find a solution, please update this thread as I've seen a few threads and comments on here and equivalent fiat sites.

evening all ive found an easy fix for flash player and blue and me update.
just download Maxthorn browser Download Maxthon 5 browser
it still supports flash and works perfectly with the blue and me update page without any extra downloads or messing around.

Hi I downloaded Maxthon Browser but it still wouldn't let me use the blue and me update page. Do you know if it still works?

Yes I still just get the blue screen and the link to the flash website

Bear in mind that that just installing a random file that someone sends you may not work and could break your B&M altogether.
The original process invloved downloading a file to a USB stick, plugging into the car for it to put hardware info on the stick and then going back to the website to upload that info so the site can offer the correct installation file for your hardware.
Even with the correct file, the installation process can be fraught. Having done it on mine though, the hands-free quality was vastlyimproved after the update.

This is true.
If you are not able to update it in the correct way yourself it's probably better to not update at all.

I was also finally able to access this after some archived downloads and a new browser. The thing I noticed is, and we own a 2012 Fiat 500, the files to update this are from 2015. I haven’t looked at other models, but if you were looking for an update, maybe this isn’t what you’d really want to do. In any case, I am going to see about grabbing all I can and then go from there. The website did not have what I was hoping to find, but happy to help in any way I can.

Hi everyone Im a newby so please be patient, I recently bought a 2013 Chrysler Delta it has the 1.6 turbo multijet diesel engine, it also has Blue & me in but I cannot get it to work Ive been told it needs updateing can someone point me in the right direction has I would really like to make it work if some has the files can you please send them to me @

First of all, it could be the B&M module that's broken (lots of threads on here about replacement) in which case, an update is of no use.
Secondly, please see my post #13 on this thread. The process isn't as simple as somebody sending you a random file to do an update with. It's an interactive process with the webiste to download the correct update file for your hardware. Even with the correct file, the process can still end in tears befoe bedtime. Then you've got the problem with the website using Flash Player: again, more threads on here about gettig a suitable browser. There probably isn't a simple solution to your problem.
